Samuel Adams Rebel IPA

So the other day I took one of my lady friends out to eat and we ended up at T.G.I. Fridays as I began to check out their drink specials I ran across this the Samuel Adams Rebel IPA; and if you have been a reader of my blog for a while now you should know that I love my IPA's so I go ahead and order up our food and of course my drink. Finally my drink gets there and I couldn't have been happier with it. Now knowing that this beer came on tap made me even happier because I prefer the tap to a bottle or can.

 Score.
1-20
Aroma: Notes on Hop & malt scents, alcohol plus esters and other nuances
I would say that I would score this wonderful brew at least an 18. The Hoppiness of this beer was quite pleasing and had sort of citrus taste to it, it was slightly malty but had such a wonderful taste and aroma.

Appearance: Notes on color, clarity, color of head texture and retention.

I think this brew had such a wonderful golden / orange tint to it with and the clarity of it was perfect.
It danced it around on my tongue for a few minuets before gulping it and I couldn't believe how perfectly smooth it was with just the right amount of bitterness to it. It was cold and refreshing just the way I like it and went perfect with my meal.

Over all impression - Notes on stylistic accuracy, intangible qualities, general drinking experience, areas of improvement.

Overall I would have to say I was pleased with this one and that this was my first time trying it. Every part of this beer was awesome and is the quality type of beer that always comes from the great people of the Boston Beer Company, you guys keep pushing out great quality beer.
