The Boston Brewing Company brings us this wonderful Belgian Session with a refreshing crispness that is packed full of flavor that is slightly spicy and flavored with Belgian Yeast; and balanced with notes of toffee and caramel, and a blend of malts and a variety of Hops that gives it a citrus character to it that has a slight bitter sweet taste to it.
-Food Pairing-

Complement, Cut, Contrast. These are the Three C’s of food & beer pairings. Whether you are complementing a dark roasted Black Lager with smoky BBQ, cutting a spicy wing with a hoppy IPA, or contrasting tart cherry cheesecake with the bittersweet chocolate notes of a Cream Stout.

This brew can be complimented by eating a bowl Boston Lager Steamed Rice.

French Onion Soup
